(Un)bloom

This is the sequel of an old school project. Back then, we were asked to "produce a series of ten works, each being an altered version of the previous one". So my lazy and uncreative self decided to draw ten panels showing a flower transforming ("Blooming" as I titled it) into a human: [Link to .gif file]

But years later, I wondered: what if, after all those years spent as a human, this innocent seed-born being was disappointed with the human world she bloomed into? What if she was yearning to devolve into a flower again, so she wouldn't see the wrongdoings and cruelty of mankind any longer?

Hence this artwork: years after this school assignment, I let the poor creature be a flower again... so dogs can piss on it at leisure
